not a horrible experience if you are a millionaire, i am not. originally quoted $250 for a regular tune up, $425 for just the spark plugs and wires installed. so almost twice the quote for less work, i couldnt even afford to replace the fuel filter after that. they charged me 3x the price for the spark plugs, and $70 for regular spark plug wires. $97/hour labor i might as well have gone to the dealership, people who specialize in my car. car was also a day late for the second time after i was assured it would be done same day. i have had work done there before at a reasonable price, until now. staff is friendly and seems knowledgable, tires plus as a corporation is a rip off.
